Our client is an internationally recognised Practice firm. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking to recruit a Tax Manager to join their tax team in their Dublin office, with excellent opportunities for career progression. The role offers a mixture of compliance and advisory work providing significant and varied experience.
Role
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Manage a diverse clientele encompassing corporate tax, income tax, and VAT compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, professional advisors, and relevant third parties.
- Handle consultancy tasks, including aiding in the preparation of tax reports covering a wide spectrum of compelling issues.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of business development strategies.
- Deliver presentations and spearhead initiatives to foster business growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certified tax professional is desirable.
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Comprehensive technical expertise spanning various tax domains.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams of professionals.
- Proficiency in overseeing compliance portfolios and offering tax advisory services.
- Exceptional aptitude for project management
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Profound ability to delegate, supervise, and assess the work of entry-level employees and recently qualified personnel.
Salary & Benefits
