Our client is an evolving and forward-looking firm located in Dublin, currently in search of a Senior Accountant to join their team. The chosen Senior Accountant should possess experience in Management Accounting. This represents a fresh and promising opening within the company, necessitating an optimistic, self-driven individual with exceptional organizational and technical proficiencies.
Role:
- Produce monthly/quarterly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts that are not subject to audit.
- Aid clients in the establishment of financial control systems and ensure adherence to company secretarial prerequisites.
- Offer guidance to clients in the adoption of technology-driven best practices, fostering efficiency and expansion.
- Attain proficiency in a range of accounting software applications (such as Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to provide appropriate recommendations for clients.
- Contribute to the firm’s accounting technology strategy and oversee the integration of novel accounting solutions.
- Manage internal administrative duties including timesheets and invoicing.
Minimum Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification or equivalent Accounting Technician certification.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, showcasing robust management accounting and technology capabilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software platforms like Relate, MicroPay, Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or analogous software.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary: €55,000 – €65,000
