Our client is a progressive and growing Firm based in Dublin. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team. The successful Senior Accountant will be providing high-quality financial and taxation advice to SMEs. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who are looking to gain experience in a varied role within practice or someone who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Role
- Preparation of Financial Statements for submission to the Companies Registration Office.
- Preparation of sole trader/partnership accounts and filing of same with Revenue Commissioners.
- Responsible for a range of clients in the SME sector with turnover ranging from 1m to 500m turnover.
- Preparation of Cash Flow Projections and business plans as required by clients.
- Dealing with Clients on a diverse range of issues in relation to the day-to-day running of their businesses.
- Liaising with Tax Department in relation to the preparation of Income Tax and Corporation Tax returns and ensuring timely filing of same within deadlines.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Requirements
- 5 Years post-qualification practice experience.
- Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CPA
- Familiarity with Relate Accounts Production/TaxPro/CT TaxPro/Caseware/Surf an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
