Our client, an established and thriving Accounting Practice located in Dublin, is currently experiencing organic growth and seeks a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team. This presents an outstanding opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant aiming to advance their career and expertise within an exceptional training firm. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional numeric accuracy, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and exhibit strong ambition and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements for limited companies to meet compliance standards.
- Compile Sole trade, Partnership, and Income & Expenditure Accounts.
- Complete income tax returns and other tax computations.
- Manage client bookkeeping and payroll services.
- Prepare VAT Returns.
- Conduct audit testing and complete audit files.
- Provide assistance and guidance to junior staff members and report to the partners.
Requirements:
- Part Qualified Accountant pursuing ACCA/CPA qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy accounting environment.
- Proficiency in SAGE, Xero Accounts, Relate Accounts Production, Surf Accounts Production, and Excel.
- Previous experience in an Accountancy Practice or a relevant position.
- Strong background in Accountancy and/or Business Studies.
- Familiarity with up-to-date accounting standards.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: €35,000 – €40,000
