Company Overview: GPC Finance is pleased to collaborate with a thriving Practice based in Dublin. They are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Part-Qualified Accountant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality accounting and taxation compliance services to a diverse client base.

 

Role:

  • Financial Transactions and Reconciliation:
    • Prepare summaries for sales, purchases, cheque payments, and cash receipts.
    • Reconcile bank statements, debtors, and creditors.
  • Audit and Accounting:
    • Conduct audit procedures such as transaction tests and debtors’ circularisation.
    • Prepare accounts for clients.
  • Taxation Compliance:
    • Prepare Income tax, VAT, PAYE/PRSI, P35s, Construction Industry, and Corporation Tax returns.
    • Process payroll for clients using SAGE MicroPay.

 

Requirements:

  • Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Practice.
  • Experience working with Relate and SAGE is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel is desirable.
