Our client is a well-established and progressive Irish Accountancy Firm with offices in Cork. They are currently seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant. This position provides an opportunity for career development, including a highly competitive remuneration package and a fully supporting CPD. The successful Newly Qualified Accountant will be working with both audit and audit-exempt clients as well as high-value clients.
Responsibilities
- Audit of companies across a number of business sectors in line with the auditing standards
- Design and implementation of audit plans
- Preparation and review of Financial Statements in accordance with the appropriate Financial Reporting Standards
- Review the work of team members.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure the completion of assignments on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in an Irish Practice
- Ability to finalise accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
