Our client is a leading and globally recognised firm with offices in Dublin. They are currently seeking a skilled and ambitious Tax Senior to join their expanding Tax Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Tax Senior to join the firm during their growth stage. This role offers excellent career progression and exciting clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the compliance requirements of a broad portfolio of clients Reporting directly to members of the senior tax management group and tax partners
- Interpreting legislation and identifying precedent in preparing tax returns
- Researching and identifying tax planning issues and opportunities for clients
- Researching EU and other international tax-related developments
- Liaising with other departments to plan and provide professional tax advice.
- Preparation and filing of tax returns in relation to corporation tax and income tax.
- Supervision, development and mentoring of tax trainees.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- CTA qualified or close to completion will also be accepted.
- 3 Years experience in a Practice Firm
- Experience in Alphatax desirable but not essential
- Excellent academic background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills across all tax heads
Salary & Benefits
- €48,000 – €55,000 Depending on Experience
