GPC Finance is currently representing a well-established firm of Accountants, Tax Consultants & Financial Advisors. They are currently looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team in Kerry. The successful Part Qualified Accountant will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from small businesses to corporate entities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Seniors, Managers, and Partners to strategize and execute both audit and non-audit projects.
- Manage a diverse clientele spanning multiple sectors.
- Prepare annual financial statements for clients.
- Handle audit and non-audit documentation.
- Create personal and corporate tax calculations and submit returns.
- Delegate tasks and assist in the training of junior team members.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct research and resolve technical inquiries from clients.
- Undertake occasional projects as required, in collaboration with managers and partners.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA or ACA)
- Previous experience in an accountancy practice in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
