GPC Finance is delighted to collaborate with a forward-thinking three-partner firm located in Meath. Currently, they are in search of a Part Qualified Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. The successful Part Qualified Accountant will work closely with the team, delivering a wide range of accounting services to clients.
Role:
- Prepare summaries for sales, purchases, cheque payments, and cash receipts.
- Reconcile bank, debtors, and creditors accounts.
- Conduct audit work, including transaction tests and debtors circularisation.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Complete Income tax, VAT, PAYE/PRSI, P35s, Construction Industry, and Corporation Tax returns.
- Process payroll for clients using SAGE MicroPay.
Requirements
- Possess 2+ years of experience in a similar role within practice.
- Part Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Handle work under time constraints and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including at least intermediate-level Excel.
- Familiarity with Sage Accounts and Accounts Production software (CCH or other).
Salary & Benefits
