Our client is a progressive and well-established firm that provides a wide range of services such as Audit, Tax and Advisory. Due to their continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their client services team. The successful Audit Manager will manage a diverse client portfolio, and client engagement and will develop strong working relationships internally and externally.
Role
- Managing a portfolio of clients which includes owner-managed businesses and subsidiaries of multi-nationals.
- Act as lead contact for the client in the production and delivery of high-quality audit and compliance services.
- Support the Partner in achieving fee targets set for the assigned portfolio.
- Ensuring a consistent approach to audit quality.
- Managing resources to ensure appropriate utilisation of staff to deliver client service.
- Development of staff to include training and ongoing support.
- To assist in the running and management of the audit department.
Requirements
- ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and developing solutions.
- Ability to develop long-term solid relationships with clients.
- Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- CaseWare experience would be an advantage.
