They are currently seeking to hire a Part Qualified Accountant to join their audit team. The successful Part Qualified Accountant will be working with a diverse range of clients and reporting directly to the Audit Managers/Partners.
Role
- Collaborate with Audit Managers and Partners in audit planning.
- Attend planning meetings with clients and Partners.
- Assist Audit Managers and Partners in resolving queries and providing guidance to clients on technical accounting matters.
- Complete audit files and prepare financial statements.
- Delegate tasks to junior team members and provide on-the-job training support.
- Take responsibility for planning assurance assignments.
- Actively participate in business development and contribute to client tenders when appropriate.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Essential accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA)
- 3 Years experience in Practice.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a client portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of Irish standards and frameworks
- Proficient knowledge of the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
- Familiarity with Caseware Accounts Production is advantageous but not mandatory.
