You will work within the Private Clients department, assisting with the delivery of tax services to a large portfolio of clients. This role involves both advisory and compliance work, with exposure to high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and clients with international operations. You will collaborate closely with Partners and senior management while providing practical, commercially focused tax advice.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Accounts and Business Consulting teams in maintaining and developing strong client relationships across your portfolio of private clients.
- Coordinating service offerings from other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Advising clients on tax-efficient structures suitable for their businesses, including transfer pricing, profit repatriation strategies, and succession planning.
- Acting as a key member of an integrated client service team delivering tax advisory projects and other related assignments.
- Providing a mix of both tax compliance and advisory services to private clients with complex, and often international, tax considerations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ practice experience within tax, ideally with exposure to private clients.
- Relevant accounting qualification ( ACCA, ACA, CPA, CTA or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of Irish tax legislation, with strong practical experience interpreting tax law, commentary, and case studies.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects to completion.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work well under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary €60,000 – €70,000 based on experience.
