Our client is expanding their national tax team and is seeking a motivated Tax Manager (Compliance) to join a growing practice that supports a diverse and dynamic client base.

A senior position within a growing tax team, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal tax compliance work across multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax compliance cases, with exposure to personal tax and VAT.
- Review tax compliance deliverables prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Act as a key client contact for compliance matters, including responding to tax authority queries.
- Conduct technical research on tax compliance issues and evolving legislative developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver coordinated client service.
- Support and mentor junior team members through coaching, training, and performance input.
Requirements
- CTA qualification; an accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential.
- 2–3 years’ post‑qualification experience in tax compliance, ideally in professional services.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate and personal tax compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities.
- Proven capability in managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality service.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in process improvement and tax technology.
Salary & Benefits
