Our client based in Dublin is seeking a motivated Tax Associate to join their expanding tax team, reporting to both the Tax Director and Tax Manager. The Tax Associate will focus on delivering high-quality compliance services for a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate clients across all tax heads. Responsibilities
- Preparing tax returns across all tax heads, including Income Tax, Corporation Tax, CGT, CAT and VAT.
- Researching, analysing, and interpreting tax legislation and Revenue guidance.
- Assisting with the preparation of tax advisory reports, responding to client queries, and supporting senior team members.
- Communicating with clients and Revenue and attending client meetings to develop the Tax Associate’s advisory skills.
Requirements
- Qualified Tax Technician, Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), or Part-Qualified CTA.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a practice environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- A proactive team player committed to ongoing professional development.
- Proficiency with taxation software and Microsoft Office.
Benefits
- Salary between €32,500 – €37,000 DOE.
- 22 days annual leave, including Good Friday and Christmas Eve, with an additional day every 5 years.
