Our client, a leading professional services firm with a highly regarded Film & TV team, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join their growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and ambitious qualified accountant to manage a substantial portfolio of Film & TV clients while working closely with Partners and specialist industry teams across Ireland and the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering audit, accounting, compliance, and advisory services to a dynamic client base within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Film & TV clients, delivering high-quality audit, accounts, compliance, and advisory services.
- Lead client engagements from planning to completion, including budgeting, file review, issue resolution, and final Partner delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing commercial business advice.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for the firm.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience with at least 2 years’ management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development capabilities.
- Commercially focused with a proactive approach to client service and business development.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- Experience within media, entertainment, Film & TV, or specialist industry sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary €85,000 – €95,000 DOE
- Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home up to three days per week.
- 35-hour working week with core hours of 10am to 4pm.
