Our client a leading professional services firm in Dublin is seeking a Global Mobility & Income Tax Senior to join its expanding tax team. This role offers exposure to international mobility, employment tax and personal tax matters across a diverse client base. It is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to deepen their expertise in a growing and dynamic area.
Role
The Global Mobility & Income Tax Senior will support the delivery of advisory and compliance services across global mobility, employment tax and personal income tax. The role involves managing client portfolios, preparing complex tax filings and contributing to cross border advisory projects. This position is ideal for someone seeking progression within a specialist tax discipline.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of global mobility and personal tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of compliance and advisory work.
- Prepare and review Irish income tax returns, employment tax filings and global mobility related documentation.
- Support senior team members on cross border tax planning, assignment structuring and international mobility projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and providing clear, practical tax guidance.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- CTA qualified. (Nearly qualified will also be considered)
- ACA or ACCA qualified will be considered
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in global mobility, employment tax or personal income tax.
- Strong technical understanding of Irish income tax and exposure to international tax issues.
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently and support junior colleagues.
- Client focused mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: €55,000–€70,000 DOE (market range for Audit Senior roles in Dublin).
