The Role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base—building, growing, and managing strong, long-term relationships
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS102 and IFRS
- Handle corporation tax and income tax filings with precision and timeliness
- Ensure accurate and compliant submission of financial statements to Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
- Conduct detailed file reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and lead junior accountants, supporting their development and ensuring exceptional team performance
- Proactively identify client challenges and deliver tailored, practical solutions that drive real business value
Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified with 2 years PQE
- Proven background in practice, ideally with experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Solid technical understanding of FRS102 and IFRS
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine understanding of client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to build trust quickly
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a strong advantage
