Our client is a global leader in specialist engineering and construction, they are seeking to recruit a project support coordinator with accounts payable experience. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is hoping to broaden their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record goods receipts using the GRN App.
- Monitor and review KPI data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Process materials and plant requisitions from project teams, ensuring accurate details (project, sub-project, Work Breakdown structure) before submission to Procurement, enhancing understanding of required line items.
- Oversee and manage bulk materials orders on a weekly basis.
- Establish and maintain site processes for GRN collection and processing, ensuring compliance through the GRN App.
- Resolve issues with missing GRNs by addressing non-compliance, collaborating with accounts payable, procurement, and commercial teams to troubleshoot issues such as missing delivery notes or order discrepancies.
- Generate and review Open PO Reports for site analysis.
- Maintain project documentation, including GRN reversals, order updates, and project closures.
- Undertake additional site support tasks as needed, aligned with role capacity and requirements.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a project support role within the construction industry.
Salary and benefits:
