Part Qualified Accountant

GPC Finance have partnered with a well established Accountancy Practice who are looking to recruit a dedicated and ambitious Part-Qualified Accountant to join the practice in Dublin City Center. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in accounting and a commitment to pursuing further professional qualifications.

Role:

• Aid in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and reports for clients under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior team members to address client queries and provide support in resolving accounting and financial issues.
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development by pursuing further accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, etc.) and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role, preferably within an accounting practice.
• Working towards or intending to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software.

Salary and Benefits: 

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience circa €30,000 – €45,000
