An opportunity has opened for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a medium sized accountancy practice based in Meath. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within a dynamic and growing practice. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a diverse client portfolio while working closely with a team of experienced, fully qualified accountants.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of year end non-audit company accounts and working papers to review stage
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts.
- Developing your skills on preparation of Accounts and Tax matters.
- Excellent training and professional development within the company and you will be encouraged to take on more responsibility as you develop.
- Communicate confidently with clients via phone and written correspondence.
Requirements
- Part Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CPA.
- Minimum 2-year local practice experience.
- Ability to reconcile balance sheet items including VAT, Payroll, leases, hire purchases and fixed assets.
- Experience in Audit is a benefit.
- Proficient in Excel / SAGE / QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
