Our client, a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or qualified accountant with at least two years’ Irish office admin experience who is looking to advance their career within a progressive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- The Office Manager will ensure that the day-to-day administrative operations of the Companies Offices run smoothly and efficiently
- Liaise with all staff to ensure administrative procedures and processes are adhered to and filing of documentation is maintained
- Manage company admin budget and expenses.
- Be capable of identifying any inefficiencies in work practices and suggest solutions
- Data entry as required.
- Manage office Workflow and assess profitability of work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an office management role.
- ACCA/ACA/CPA Qualification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
- Salary €45,000 – €65,000 Depending on Experience
