Our client, a leading professional services firm based in Meath, is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Newly Qualified Accountant to join their growing Corporate Financeteam. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to M&A transactions, financial due diligence, business valuations, and strategic advisory projects.

Previous Corporate Finance experience is not required.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the area and a strong desire to develop a long-term career within Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with business valuations and financial modelling assignments.
• Support M&A and transaction advisory projects.
• Conduct financial analysis and market research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Work closely with senior team members on a variety of corporate finance engagements.
• Develop technical knowledge across mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate advisory services.

Candidate Requirements

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong academic and professional record.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercially aware with an interest in corporate transactions.
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop within Corporate Finance.
• Previous Corporate Finance experience is not required.

Salary / Benefits
