Our client, a well-established financial advisory firm based in North Dublin, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a group of experienced financial advisors, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Support policy administration, client onboarding, and claims processing.
- Liaise with advisors to ensure efficient and professional client service.
- Carry out a range of general administrative duties to assist the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial services role.
- ATA qualified (or working towards QFA); QFA qualification preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone.
