Our client, a well-established financial advisory firm based in North Dublin, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a group of experienced financial advisors, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Support policy administration, client onboarding, and claims processing.
  • Liaise with advisors to ensure efficient and professional client service.
  • Carry out a range of general administrative duties to assist the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial services role.
  • ATA qualified (or working towards QFA); QFA qualification preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone.
