Our client, a respected and growing Dublin‑based practice, is seeking an experienced Corporation Tax Senior to join their expanding tax team. Reporting to the Tax Director and Tax Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients while developing deeper technical expertise across Irish corporate tax compliance and advisory.

This position is ideal for a driven tax professional who has already built a strong foundation in corporation tax within an Irish practice and is now ready to take on more responsibility, client ownership, and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver corporation tax compliance for a varied portfolio of Irish corporate clients.
  • Prepare and review Corporation Tax returns, computations, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with tax planning projects, technical research, and the preparation of advisory reports.
  • Identify tax issues, propose solutions, and support senior management in delivering high‑quality advice.
  • Liaise with clients and Revenue on compliance matters, queries, and correspondence.
  • Support the development of junior team members through guidance and on‑the‑job training.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ corporation tax experience within an Irish accounting or tax practice.
  • Part‑Qualified or Fully Qualified CTA (or equivalent); strong progress toward qualification will be considered.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Irish corporation tax legislation and Revenue processes.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 DOE (reflective of Corporation Tax Senior level).
