We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a highly profitable organization, overseeing the financial operations of multiple entities (approximately 10). This is a strategic position suited to a senior finance professional with extensive expertise in tax, advisory, and a strong foundation in finance and accounting. You’ll work closely with company leadership to make a significant impact on the organization’s direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage tax strategies, ensuring compliance and providing advisory services across the organization.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, and PAYE/PRSI.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies, including credits, reliefs, and deductions aligned with Irish tax regulations.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports.
- Shape and implement the company’s financial strategy to support business objectives.
- Evaluate future project opportunities to align with the organization’s financial goals.
- Collaborate with business owners, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
- Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless financial operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Finance and Accounting.
- A recognized professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA preferred).
- Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational leadership.
- Strong track record in tax management and advisory.
- Experience managing complex financial structures across multiple entities.
