GPC Finance is working with a reputable firm in North Dublin. They require a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their skilled team.
Description:
- Monthly posting of Sales and Purchase Invoices, Debtor and Creditor Receipts
- Handling non-debtor and non-creditor transactions in relevant bank accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Payroll preparation and Revenue submission
- VAT, Payroll, and RCT returns filing for clients
- Company Secretarial returns for Limited Companies
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Direct client liaison
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Accounts Technician or similar qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience with arrange of accounting packages an advantage
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and to work under pressure
- Ability to work at own initiative
- Proven experience as a team player
Computer Skills:
- Experience with Relate and Xero is an advantage
