Our client, a leading professional services firm with a renowned Film & TV division, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focused qualified accountant to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of Film & TV clients while working closely with Partners and specialist teams across Ireland and the UK.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering audit, accounting, compliance, and advisory services to clients operating within one of the most exciting and rapidly growing sectors in the market. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Film & TV clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit, accounting, compliance, and advisory services.
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, file reviews, issue resolution, and final Partner sign-off.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships while providing commercially focused advice and insights.
- Collaborate with Partners and specialist industry teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support business development initiatives across the practice.
- Ensure all assignments are completed to a high technical standard and within agreed deadlines.
About You
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a management position within professional practice.
- Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge with experience managing complex client engagements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and client-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Experience working with clients in the Media, Entertainment, Film & TV sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary of €85,000 – €95,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working model with the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week.
- 35-hour working week with core hours between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
