Responsibilities:
- Develop a personal growth plan/strategy for potential new clients and new business.
- Prepare and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
- Plan and execute projects to deliver excellent client experiences.
- Build a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and stay updated on industry trends.
- Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Transform opportunities into valuable solutions for clients.
- Utilize financial information to evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality audits using appropriate technology, tools, guidance, and methodology.
- Perform risk assessment procedures and identify material misstatement risks.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with a CAI accounting qualification or an international equivalent.
- Previous experience working with a Big 4 or mid-tier auditing firm.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial and market awareness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
