Our client is seeking to recruit an Audit Senior to direct the auditing process reporting to audit mangers and direct to audit partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an Audit Senior to join the practice as trhey are going through massive growth and have acquired large amounts of new business.They offer an enjoyable working environment and a real work/life balance which is testified by current staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the auditing process
- Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
- Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
- Perform effective risk and control assessments
- Complete audits on time and submit reports / files to audit manager
- Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an auditor
- In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
- Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Integrity and reliability
- Newly qualified ACA or ACCA
