Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and assignments with confidence, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Spot opportunities for new services and share ideas with senior leaders.
- Support and mentor trainees, offering constructive feedback and effective delegation.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with solid audit experience in a practice setting.
- Excellent communicator with strong teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Commercially savvy and solution-oriented.
