Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver audit assignments with minimal supervision, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, becoming their primary point of contact.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, challenging processes and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate them to managers.
- Supervise, mentor, and train trainees by delegating tasks, reviewing their work, and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Accountant or Newly Qualified ACCA (or equivalent).
- Relevant audit experience within a practice environment.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
