Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality audits and provide expert advice to clients, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Support additional audit projects and related tasks as needed.
- Present findings and recommendations to the business, driving improvements in policies and procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA).
- Experience working in a small-to-medium-sized practice.
- Proven audit experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
