Our client is expanding and currently seeking a full-time Audit Manager to join their growing team. They are looking for a commercially minded, motivated, and ambitious individual who is ready for a challenge in a sector that has doubled in size in Ireland over the past three years—and is projected to double again within the next two.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality audit, accounting and advisory services.
- Act as the main client contact, ensuring effective planning, budgetary control, and timely delivery.
- Oversee and develop team members, maintaining high standards of work and client service.
- Support business growth through advisory work and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years PQE and 2 years management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and commercial skills.
Salary and Benefits Package
- Competitive salary (€75,000 – €80,000 DOE) with eligibility for discretionary bonus and profit-sharing plan.
