Our client, a highly regarded Top 10 Accountancy Practice, is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to become a key player in their Audit & Assurance team, based in Wexford. Role Overview:
- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors, from SMEs to large corporates.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of audit and accounting engagements to high professional standards.
- Guide and mentor audit teams, fostering talent development and strong team culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships beyond the audit cycle.
- Address and resolve technical queries with confidence and clarity.
- Contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence in client service and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with 2–3 years PQE in a practice environment.
- Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing client portfolios.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
- Up-to-date knowledge of technical and industry developments.
Salary & Benefits:
- €75,000 – €85,000, depending on experience
- Bonus up to 15%
