Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
- Supervising the delivery of audit and accounting engagements within agreed deadlines, ensuring effective communication with clients and teams.
- Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments.
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with audit clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction throughout the year.
- Addressing and resolving technical queries raised by clients.
- Delivering top-tier auditing services to clients.
- Ensuring the successful and timely completion of audit engagements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in practice.
- Proven experience in supervisory, team lead, or managerial positions.
- Strong understanding of business trends and emerging developments in technical and industry practices.
