Our client based in Cork is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to become a key part of their growing team. As an Audit Manager, you will take the lead in managing a diverse and high-profile client portfolio, which includes some of Ireland’s top 100 indigenous businesses. With clients spanning a wide range of industries and locations, the Audit Manager will be working with organisations whose annual turnovers range from €5 million to €100 million—offering both challenge and variety in your day-to-day role.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and collaborating closely with senior leadership and the wider team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Managing the full cycle of audit and accounts preparation processes, from strategic planning through to successful completion
- Driving the provision of compliance services, including accounting, company secretarial duties, and taxation support
- Coordinating with legal and tax professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy across all engagements
Requirements:
- ACA qualification (or equivalent) achieved
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with a strong background in managing audits for medium to large clients
- Taxation expertise or a formal qualification considered advantageous
- Proven analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive leadership style, with the ability to manage budgets, mentor teams, and consistently meet delivery targets
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package in the range of €65,000–€70,000 DOE
