A well-established and growing chartered accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Audit Administrator to support its audit and compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior practice experience who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organise, and maintain audit files, working papers, and client documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the audit process, including data input, information requests, and tracking outstanding client items.
  • Assist with AML and regulatory compliance activities, including client due diligence checks and maintenance of compliance records.
  • Support the preparation and finalisation of audit reports, engagement documentation, and client correspondence.
  • Contribute to quality control initiatives, process improvements, and general administrative support for the audit team.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an accountancy practice environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive team player with a professional approach to client interactions.
