GPC Finance is delighted to partner with a Top 10 accounting and auditing firm with offices in Dublin and across Ireland. This role is located in Limerick. Due to organic growth, our client is looking for a qualified an Assurance Audit Manager to join their growing team.
In the role of Assurance Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your own career with a coach to support and guide your performance and development.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a challenging and varied client portfolio, with opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio.
- Become a technical expert in specific areas of interest.
- Develop client relationships across various industries and contribute to winning new work and developing existing portfolios.
- Enhance people leadership skills in a progressive environment.
- Participate in flexible working arrangements and achieve autonomy at manager grade within the support network of the firm.
- Access an extensive range of assurance, advisory, and tax specialists.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent from a recognized international accounting institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience in a Top 10 or other international accounting firm.
- Familiarity with working in an environment that complies with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations, ethical standards, and independence requirements.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial and market awareness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
