Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Strong post-qualified experience in audit, accounts, and client management
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex audits
- Excellent technical knowledge of Irish/UK accounting and auditing standards
- Commercially astute with strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Audit & Accounts team, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Oversee statutory audits, financial statements, and compliance with professional standards
- Contribute to firm strategy, business development, and growth initiatives
- Drive innovation by embracing digital tools to enhance efficiency and client experience
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary of €100,000 – €115,000, commensurate with experience.
