Our client is a progressive and independent Accountancy practice based in Dublin. They are dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Accountant to join their Audit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain diverse experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. As a Qualified Accountant in the team, you will work directly with the Directors and Partners while having direct exposure to build relationships with the clients.
Role:
- Working on a portfolio of clients across all industry sectors from SME’s to international clients
- Audit of the firm’s larger client and group financial statements
- Accounts preparations for SME’s/ Sole Traders & Partnerships
- Preparing corporation tax computations
- Mentoring of junior staff
- Dealing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis and building strong working relationships
- Liaising directly with audit partners
Requirements:
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA).
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in a practice.
- Solid understanding of accounts preparation and familiarity with VAT, PAYE, and Payroll.
- Proficiency in various software systems such as RAP, Relate Company Secretary, Core, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Strong desire and enthusiasm to develop within a role and grow alongside the practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: €45,000 – €55,000.
