Requirements:
- Newly qualified or nearly there (ACA, ACCA, or CPA)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Irish accountancy practice – this is essential
- A genuine interest in developing across multiple areas – from financial reporting to tax
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with clients
- Familiarity with Excel, Xero, or SAGE is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
