Our client is a long-established and highly regarded Chartered Accountancy practice based in North Dublin. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs, they are now seeking an ambitious Accountant to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of year-end financial statements for a portfolio of audit-exempt clients.
- Managing outsourced accounting engagements, including bookkeeping, management accounts, and client reporting.
- Preparing and submitting VAT, PAYE, and other statutory compliance returns.
- Building strong client relationships while delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an Irish practice environment is essential
- Strong experience working with audit-exempt companies
- Exposure to an outsourcing/accounts department with responsibility for managing multiple client assignments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client portfolios
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
