Part-Qualified Accountant
Our client, a well-established accountancy practice in Galway, is looking to recruit a Part-Qualified Accountant to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant to gain valuable experience across a diverse client portfolio while working closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
The successful Part-Qualified Accountant will gain exposure to year-end accounts, management accounts, tax-related assignments, and a variety of client-facing responsibilities. The role offers excellent training, study support, and long-term career progression for an ambitious Part-Qualified Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare year-end non-audit accounts and accurate supporting working papers.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts and related financial information.
- Build your knowledge and experience across accounting and tax assignments.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email while developing strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified ACA or ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 1 year’s experience working within an Irish accountancy practice.
- Practical experience preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheet items, including VAT, payroll, fixed assets, and leases.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
Salary & Benefits:
