An exciting opportunity has become available for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join a well-established accountancy practice based in Dublin. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Accountant looking to build strong client relationships, manage a varied portfolio, and develop their expertise in both accounting and tax. Working alongside experienced professionals, the successful Newly Qualified Accountant will deliver high-quality accounting services while gaining valuable exposure to tax advisory projects in a supportive and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, preparing financial statements, corporation tax, and income tax returns while ensuring compliance with professional standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality accounting services and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
- Assist with tax planning and advisory projects while developing your technical knowledge across a broad range of accounting and taxation matters.
- Support senior colleagues and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Recently qualified accountant with experience gained within an accountancy practice.
- CTA qualification is advantageous but not essential; a genuine interest in pursuing the CTA qualification is desirable.
- Experience preparing financial statements in accordance with current accounting standards.
- Good knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a client-focused approach.
