Part-Qualified Accountant
Our client, a well-established accountancy practice in Dublin, is seeking a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant to gain exposure to a varied client portfolio while working alongside experienced accountants in a supportive environment.
The successful Part-Qualified Accountant will be involved in the preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts, and tax-related work, with excellent training and career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare year-end non-audit accounts and supporting working papers.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts.
- Develop your knowledge across accounts and tax.
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email.
- Take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in an Irish accountancy practice.
- Experience preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheet items, including VAT, payroll, fixed assets, and leases.
- Audit experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal English with eligibility to work in Ireland.
