My client in Carlow is currently seeking an experienced Tax senior to join their busy practice. As a Tax Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. You’ll manage a diverse client portfolio, mentor junior staff, and support a management team that encourages initiative and professional development. Responsibilities:
- Managing and reviewing tax compliance work across a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients.
- Preparing and filing income tax, corporation tax, VAT, and other relevant returns.
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory projects across multiple sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering practical, value-added tax advice.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in an Irish practice.
- Strong experience in a practice environment, covering both tax compliance and advisory work.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Irish taxation and relevant legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and supporting team development.
Salary & Benefits:
