Our client, a rapidly expanding accountancy practice in North Dublin, is seeking a full-time Audit Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit professional to step into a leadership role in a well-respected and established medium sized firm. You will be fully immersed within their experienced audit team, working with directors to plan and deliver audits across our vibrant and diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering top-tier audit, accounting, and advisory services.
- Be the trusted point of contact, ensuring effective planning, budget control, and timely delivery.
- Inspire and develop your team, maintaining the highest standards of work and client service.
- Drive growth, supporting advisory projects and spotting opportunities to expand the practice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Deep technical expertise in accounting and audit principles.
- Have worked on a range of different audits, including owner-managed business.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments seamlessly.
- Strong leadership qualities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sharp analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to client service and business development.
- Adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
