Our client, a long-established and highly respected accountancy firm in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least 1 year Irish practice experience who wants to advance their audit career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. As Audit Senior, you’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, gaining exposure to high-quality audit projects and genuine opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing audits for a diverse mix of SME and corporate clients.
- Planning, executing, and completing audits in line with professional standards.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
- Building strong client relationships, resolving queries, and providing practical insights.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA or ACCA Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum 1 year audit experience within an Irish practice environment.
- Good knowldge of IFRS and FRS102.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with CaseWare (or similar audit software) is an advantage.
