Our client a leading professional services firm in Dublin is seeking an Audit Senior to join its expanding audit division. This role offers strong career progression and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. Role

The Audit Senior will take responsibility for managing audit assignments from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and deadlines. The position involves supervising junior team members, reviewing technical work, and supporting client relationship management. This is a key role for a motivated professional looking to advance within a growing audit practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and deadlines.
  • Prepare and review audit files, financial statements and reporting deliverables.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical development.
  • Identify audit issues, communicate findings to management and contribute to client discussions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support efficient workflow management across assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year post‑qualification audit experience in Ireland.
  • ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with solid technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
  • Experience supervising junior staff and managing client expectations.
  • Strong communication, organisational and report‑writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: €55,000–€65,000 DOE (market range for Audit Senior roles in Dublin).
