Our client, Ireland’s largest indigenous chartered accountancy and business advisory firm based in Dublin, is on the lookout for an experienced Tax Manager to become a pivotal part of their growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Managing Partner, taking ownership of tax compliance and advisory services for a varied and exciting client portfolio. You’ll ensure every solution is delivered with precision, aligned with Irish legislation and the highest professional standards. Responsibilities:
- Take charge of tax compliance across corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver bespoke tax planning and advisory solutions for SMEs, private clients, and international businesses with Irish operations.
- Build and nurture client relationships, acting as the go-to expert for all tax-related matters.
- Guide and inspire junior team members, driving high-quality work while supporting their professional growth.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA qualified with CTA tax qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in a management role in a tax practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines, with leadership experience.
